What is breathwork?
It's a therapeutic technique that uses structured breathing patterns to help with relaxation, relieves stress, and process trauma. Correcting common breathing dysfunctions also improves overall mental and physical health.

Who can practice breathwork?

This is for anyone open to trying new forms of healing along with traditional therapy. These exercises are open to young children and seniors. This isn't just for freedivers.
